Okay so I want to get a different grill and I am considering badgeless.. any suggestions?? Has anyone used a notch filler before.. I want it to look clean and flush.

Fortunately, black is the best color to use notch fillers with. It won't look entirely smooth, but it looks better than on any other color.

I'd definitely go with the OEM bar-style over a mesh one. Mesh ones look cheap IMO.

Maybe Rusty will be nice enough to post a picture of his car - he's got a black Rabbit with a badgeless grille and notch fillers.

you can keep stock one and black out the emblems

i personally would only do this with the black, but its personal choice. I think it looks kinda dumb how obvious the notch filler is on most badgless :(

do the badge less and get Rezzie to fill in the notch and it should look pretty flush. Im waiting to see how he does Cliff's badge less front before i pull the trigger on that.
