The Fahrenheit is the first car I've purchased, I had always been driving my parents' hand-me-down cars.  Can't complain, really, it got me from Point A to Point B during my school years, and it saved me a heck of a lot of money.  But it lacked personality.

I always thought I would end up driving a BMW when I got a chance to purchase my own car.  Well, guess that didn't happen.

I drove to Southern California this weekend and had the pleasure to drive my freshly Unitronic chipped gti from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.l

Gas mileage was a really impressive 27 mpg, especially when you keep in mind that I was constantly doing between 85-95 mph. At one point I had her up to 110 mph but it felt like driving 70. The car had me, my wife and my 5-year old in it, and the trunk was fully loaded.
